Get Plugged In!

“I had no idea the church was so involved!” That was one of several positive comments I heard from those passing through the greeting line on Sunday, May 31. That morning twelve members of the con-gregation took two minutes each to describe the one particular ministry opportunity they are committed to. After the service, all twelve speakers took their place behind display tables in the vestry, answering questions and “plugging in” interested folks. It was a very informative morning. Verse of the Day

James 3:17-18
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”
